To diet or not to diet, that would be the question. The answer would be to eat right, fuel your body and treat it well. Put crap into it and get crap out of it, but this page is not to tell you what you can and cant eat, as to be honest I love all FOOD, good and bad.
So I have put together a collection of recipes that I have picked up from so many useful sources including health and fitness magazines and websites. Of course there will be a few (maybe more) yummy temptations but with a healthier twist.
It doesn't all have to be rabbit food.
I have tried all of these recipes and have included the basic ingredients, I have also included the optional extras I put in sometimes to make a few changes, of course it also depends on how I am feeling at the time of making it.
